We are thrilled to announce that our first fundraiser, The Mike Furrey Foundation Celebrity Golf Outing, was a HUGE success.  We want to thank all the people that helped to make the day possible; Excel Sports & Entertainment, the Jonathan Alder HS Football Team, Coaches and Varsity Cheerleaders, the Millersport HS Varsity Football team, Athletic Director and Coaches, all of our friends and family who volunteered, all of the men and women who golfed, Tartan Fields Golf Club, Stoney River Steakhouse,  all of the celebrities who golfed and gave us their time, and all of the companies that made donations for the tournament and/or the auction.

With the help of our top sponsors, Huntington National Bank, Springfield Ford, Advanced Strategies Group, Thrivent Financial, the Detroit Lions, Verizon Wireless, 1460 The Fan, John Deere, American Airlines, and Bailey Cavalieri LLC, we were able to raise over $120,000!  Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio will be able to touch a lot of lives with our donation.
